Can I hire only one coach for a single trip?
You can hire any coach or minibus for any trip you wish, from a group of school childeren going to the local swimming pool to a full European tour.
Can I hire multiple coaches?
Absolutely, we have a fleet of 40 coaches with the abillity of transporting 2000 passengers
Will I be able to contact our Driver whilst away from the coach?
All of our Drivers Have a company telephone and would be contactable should you wish,
Do I need to pay a deposit for my trip?
We do not usually require a deposit, unless you have requested Ferry crossings or other services
Our standard payment terms are as follows:
Account Customers payment is due 30 days from the date of the journey.
Non-Account Customers payment is due 7 days prior to departure.

How can I pay?
We accept cash,cheques and all major credit and debit cards
What if I need to cancel my Coach?
In event of Customer cancellation the following charges will apply.
Cancellation upto 1 week prior to departure No fee
Cancellation 48 hours to 7 days prior to departure 25% of invoiced amount
Cancellation 24 to 48 hours prior to departure 50% of invoiced amount
Cancellation on day of departure Non refundable
Deposits for additional services (ferry/tunnel bookings etc.) are non-refundable
